How They Taste
Pancake Crabs Taste like a cooked crab squished in between two pancakes. They are most commonly cooked on a frying pan. For best results serve with maple syrup dipping sauce.

Where does the pancake crab's "blood" (syrup) originate from? Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, etc.? And is it that fake Aunt Jemima stuff or is it REAL syrup? I must know!
