The tide pools are swimming with life. Crabs adhere to seaweed, seaweed clings to rocks. Have you ever been to a tide pool? If you have, have you ever seen the mysterious pancake crab? This crustacean is a circular shaped crab the size of a pancake with fork and knife claws.
No one would nave known about the pancake crab if it hadn’t been for our night lesson on the tide pools at
Our group had to invent their own imaginary tide pool creature. One thought crossed my mind, food! My stomach craves food all of the time, or to be more exact, pancakes! All of a sudden my pencil starts writing away! Its name was The Pancake Crab wif Syrup (oh great I wrote it wrong, but then again, who cares!) I draw a circular shaped crab about the size of a pancake with fork and knife claws! It has warm maple syrup running through its veins and lives in the (i quickly think of the salt marsh), frying pan! Eats (think, think), other pancakes! At this point I have already broken out in laughter.
When I returned back to my house I created a Wikipedia page about the mysterious Pancake Crab. Wikipedia sadly deleted the page shortly after I created it. The Wikipedia editor commented "sounds delicious."
